Chocolate Grappa

The Chocolate Grappa is produced by Distilleria Gualco in Silvano d’Orba (AL) using the discontinuous method with bain-marie alembics in the Piedmontese style. A young flavoured grappa, obtained by infusion of marc distillate of dolcetto and barbera grapes and chocolate. With Amber and brilliant colour, the aroma is attractive and reveals all the characteristics of the grapes in perfect harmony with the typical aromas of cocoa, confirmes the aromatic complexity and the balance between alcohol and chocolate to the taste buds. The intriguing combination makes it an excellent companion for cigar lovers.
