Milk Chocolate is made with 50% cocoa beans, cane sugar, powdered milk, Tahiti vanilla. With a 70 gr. bar of Milk Chocolate you can prepare an excellent drink: port in a saucepan 180 ml of water and the chocolate in pieces. Put it on the stove and bring it to boil while whisking it. As soon as a thick reddish foam rises turn it off. With this dose fill two teacups of fragrant and enveloping hot chocolate.
