Citrus and Chilli Pepper Marmalade

With the citruses of the south-east, the colourful symbols of this unique part of Sicily, we have made a marmalade accordingly to the traditional recipe and in respect of the seasons. And then we enriched it, because we like the contamination of flavour and imagination, with chilli pepper, to give this small jar the right character not only to be paired to a slice of bread but also to fish main courses or a cheeses board.
