Mexico Carmelo 1 Zero Dosage Single Origin Chocolate

The seeds of Carmelo 1 come directly from the state of Tabasco (in the southern part of Mexico). The Almendra Blanca, or “white almond”, is rare and precious precisely because of its white and acid seeds, very small, perhaps originating from Amazonia, which now only small growers continue to cultivate, thus preserving the delicacy of these plants. Also because of this care, the result is extraordinary: the chocolate becomes sweet and elegant in your mouth, quivering with exotic fruit, so much so that it does not need to be softened in any way by sugar. That is why our chocolate is 100%: “Zero Dosage”.
