Citron Marmalade

This marmalade is made with citrons cultivated on the slopes of Mount Etna. The citrons are very big citruses with very little pulp and all the fragrance is in the peel. It is important to know that all our jams are produced by working only with first choice and freshly picked citrus fruits. There is no addition of thickeners and extra flavourings, just fresh fruit that releases its aromas at every taste. Just a pinch of brown sugar to make them delicate and not cloying to your taste buds.
