Pear, Cinnamon and Cloves Jam

Here I allowed myself to dare a bit. Because I also added cloves to the classic – and delicious – winter combination of the soft sweetness of the pear and the dry and spicy flavour of cinnamon. This spice that has a thousand uses (for both sweet and savoury recipes), gives this jam a peppery and warm note. Ideal for those who want to accompany this jar alongside bread and cheese.
