Strawberry and Quince Jam

For this jam I have been inspired by Sicilian tradition and the memory of my childhood afternoons, sweetened by my grandmother’s quince cheese. I thought of enriching her traditional recipe with a new note of flavour, given by the strawberries. This is how my strawberry and quince jam was born, with its strong flavour and natural sweetness, without thickeners or flavouring agents. A jar of goodness, always ready to enrich everyone snack.
